PPC TINY DANCERS
(2-4yrs)
The PPC Tiny Dancers program is a super fun 30-minute class. Your daughter will FLOURISH in a fun environment where she will learn basic ballet moves to energetic jazz, all danced to popular children’s songs. She will enjoy the delight of performing twice a year. Each Tiny dancer is taught in a nurturing and fun environment where she is sure to have a smile on her face!
JUNIOR CLASSES
(5-12 yrs)
Junior classes at PPC are a place where girls develop healthy minds and bodies, whilst their passion for dance is unleashed and lifelong friendships are formed.

Girls learn fundamental skills through a fusion of dance styles. They are taught a range of routines from the energetic warmup to basic ballet, stretch, and fun jazz dance.

Physie girls develop balance, control, coordination, grace, flexibility, poise, posture, strength, and stamina.
Physie also builds concentration, discipline, confidence, memory, listening skills, musical appreciation, teamwork, respect and friendships.

An exciting new National syllabus is taught at the beginning of each year and choreographed to fun upbeat music.
SENIOR CLASSES
(13yrs - advanced)
Senior classes are challenging with advanced energetic choreography, focusing on stamina and strength, leading girls to their full potential.

Team bonding is enhanced through competitions and exciting opportunities such as performing in the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
​
A variety of styles are taught from cardio warmups to advanced contemporary, to an upbeat dance routine. To execute this syllabus girls must have great strength, fitness, control and flexibility.
LADIES CLASSES
(17 - 80+ yrs)
Our Ladies classes are very popular and a fun way to keep fit, flexible, strong and challenge the mind! Our classes range from ages 17 to over 80 years young!
PPC ladies classes are perfect for beginners, as well as experienced physie lovers. These classes also suit any ex-dancers who are looking for a dance-based exercise program. We start with a simplified Beginner Ladies syllabus which is taught step-by-step at an easy-to-follow pace. Then we introduce an Intermediate level, followed by an Open Ladies syllabus for those at the advanced level.
Physie is a wonderful sport that mothers and daughters can share together. Physie is a family sport, so why not enroll today!
Open Conditioning Class
(All Ages)
This class builds the technique and strength required to execute movement whilst dancing. This open class caters for all ages and abilities, focusing on improving flexibility, core strength, body control and and strengthening exercises to improve overall dancing abilities.

Class Attire
Tiny Dancers: Leotard or active wear and a tutu skirt may be worn over the top with bare feet.
5 Years - Seniors: Leotard or active wear: bike pants with tight-fitting singlet or crop top and bare feet.
Ladies: Firm-fitting active wear and bare feet or foot thongs.
(No loose shorts, baggy t-shirts, school uniforms, or dresses are to be worn to class.)

Age for Classes
A girls class is determined by her age on the 31st of August each year.

What to Bring to Class?
Bring a water bottle with your name clearly labelled.

Fee Structure
​PPC Membership
As we are a Not for Profit Association, there is an Annual PPC Membership fee.
This covers full access to studio facilities for all members, insurance, licence, club performances, events, equipment and BJP competitions.

Class Term Fees
Class fees are invoiced by the term and payable by EFT or cash.
​
BJP Registration (5 years - Ladies)
We are affiliated with Bjelke Petersen School of Physical Culture (BJP), who provide us with the copyright syllabus and music each year. Therefore an annual registration fee of $99 is directly payable to BJP online with a credit card. The rule states that no one is permitted to learn the annual syllabus in our classes without registering with BJP first.
